Fáilte Deirifiúracha,

To a three day retreat for women of sacred ceremony, nature connection and the Irish language.

On this retreat we sweat our prayers into the ground, journey with our native plant allies, hawthorn and mugwort, bless the waters, honor the fire, give voice to the poetry within, pray to our ancestors, meditate with the hazel wood, forage our food, stretch our worthy bodies and sing our cells awake.

Agus Foghlaim faoi na luibheanna leigheas, an bia fiáin is saibhreas ár dteanga dúchas.

We will learn about our native plant medicines mugwort and hawthorn and the great food of an island nation; seaweed.
This is a bilingual retreat for those who wise to reclaim and heal the rupture with our beloved Gaeilge. The focus of this retreat will be the ceremony and Irish will not be as prominent as our usual offerings; therefore it will suit beginners.
This year astronomical Samhain falls on Sunday 7th of November and on this day we will hold a sweat lodge together. Weaving what we have learned from the other idigenous traditions and our own Celtic Christian Pagan Past.
